Canadian Blood Services

Canadian Blood Services (CBS) has recently completed a five-year National Facilities Redevelopment Strategy for its facilities across Canada. The organization is now moving forward with the planning and programming design phase with goals of creating a creating GMP- compliant facilities that are operationally efficient and align with business strategies and technology directions.

PRISM has been engaged to provide consulting services to CBS and to support the Steering Committee in its selection of the Functional Programming and Design Consultants.
