Engaged by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, PRISM  facilitated a forum of internal and external stakeholders with the goal of reducing the tendered construction price to meet budget targets. 

Through a Value Engineering exercise and a comprehensive review of the technical and budget aspects of this project, PRISM led and engaged the stakeholders to achieve the targeted budget. This goal was met, the capital project approved and contruction is underway.
